When did the automatic comment that indicate "possible duplicate of ..." change?

@Ramhound Seems like an overall UI change was rolled out about an hour or so ago... the close box has changed to match Stack Overflow.

I am not sure "Does this help? ..." provides the necessary explanation their question is a possible duplicate.
Of course i have learned that, nobody at SE will listen to my feedback, so it's somebody's problem and I won't be the somebody :-$

@Ramhound Does sound a little less direct and open to misinterpretation, but possibly a little less unwelcoming. Hey ho, it's what we've got...

its defiantly less welcoming.
I wish I could see the moderator panel for 20 seconds, and screenshot the first time, the this new auto-generated comment is flagged for being rude :-)
Power company called, I typed my bank account number wrong, went to go pay my bill and the payment website is down
I wish I had something I could throw off the 10th floor at work that wasn't company property ;-)

@Ramhound Any colleagues Amazon packages?

LOL
Sounds a little to familiar to be a suggestion to somebody, are you speaking from experience?

@Ramhound I work on the ground floor, little entertainment value in throwing.
@Ramhound No rude flags so far.
Hmmm. Less fond of the message that appears on deleted answers.

Whats wrong with "This post is hidden. It was deleted 8 days ago by the post author."?

Yeah, seems a bit more blaming when someone else deletes it.
> This post is hidden. It was deleted 8 days ago by THESE GUYS

Oh, right, from the review queue.
The good news. Comments cannot be submitted under a deleted answer :-)
Sorry for all the flags your going to get though :-)

@Ramhound I can't wait :)
Ah. Blog post:
Yaakov Ellis on December 05, 2019

We know that giving our community mechanisms for sharing and receiving feedback is important. In her recent blog post, Meg Risdal described some of the ways that our Public Q&A product team is working to improve the way our system helps users share and receive feedback. I’m pleased to announce that starting today we are rolling out our new post notice system on Stack Overflow and across the entire Stack Exchange network.

As a reminder, post notices are the informational banners that sometimes appear on closed, duplicate, and other questions. …

(lol) I submitted a comment as "chicken butt" apparently Akismet is useless.
(comes from the really bad joke "Guess What?....Chicken Butt")

Hmm. The close reasons have changed as well. Now we have "Needs details or clarity" (was "Unclear What You Are Asking") and "Needs more focus" (was "Too Broad")
