These questions have really involved into a "please don't feed the troll" scenario. This is actually the fourth time this person has posted the same question under a quartet of different (and unregistered) user names. From what I have seen, they haven't actually responded with a comment in any iteration of their query. Time to just downvote and ignore them?

@Run5k pretty much. They refuse to create an account by which they could actually interact, and going by the "last seen" times they never return to old accounts and are probably using a "private" browser or incognito mode. At this point we can only assume they don't intend to have any genuine interaction with us and just expect us to blindly deal with them.

I've left several comments attempting to explain the situation to no avail. The only thing we can do is to force their hand and ask to SE to disable "unregistered" accounts the same as SO.
