@slhck - As a community we can reject migrations by simply closing the question.
As was done by flagging it as a duplicate.

@Biswapriyo - The author of the question never indicated which software they are using. So it is impossible for us to determine if, what they want to do, violates the license of the program in question. However, outside of very specific examples (MacOS, Windows, etc), most questions don't need that type of specific information. Yes; I am saying a question how to violate a random question ToS might be within scope but one that violates Windows (piracy) or MacOS (i.e. Hackintosh) is not.
Hence, the question could easily be written to simply ask "how to change the mac address of a virtual machine", and it would be within scope. Which isn't the case with running MacOS on a Dell machine.
