Just curious what's required to trigger an answer ban. We've got another new user (superuser.com/users/884673/votefor-movies) who apparently is searching for every old question containing VLOOKUP (8 so far today, another 2 days ago), and posting a useless comment as an answer. I've left comments on a number of these, as have other people, and suggested he look at the tour.

No effect, and no automatic ban has kicked in based on most of the posts being downvoted (the rest 0). Might it be helpful for a Mod to explain the quality objective?

@JourneymanGeek, I got the impression that it is likely a very young user who has learned a little Excel. A couple of the posts are semi-useful suggestions that might qualify as a comment.

@JourneymanGeek, well it's a general reference to the function and doesn't appear to be written by this user, so I assume it's just an info link rather than BS posts to spam for that site. But I suppose I could be wrong. :-)
