I'm not sure I agree with the practice of using HNQs as audits, though I suppose the reasoning is the system can be "sure" it's a "known good" (it's rated +19, it must be good!) and I don't have a better alternative
Even better, is that Edit also fails review audits in some cases (Close Votes Queue?)

Not that I've been bitten by that before, mind...
It gets to the point where if I reckon folks' safest bet is if they recognise it as a current/recent HNQ, do whatever the positive action is
Not that I'd advocate 'gaming' the audit system mind
It doesn't come up so often as to be a big deal, or cause issues with reviewing in general- it's just irksome when it does rear its head
