I've asked about file hosting services (https://meta.superuser.com/questions/12570/recommended-file-hosting-service) and a moderator asked not to use any. This is an executable file - I'm not aware how "ge.tt" works, but in some other services modifying uploaded files is possible.

Removing the link would required rewriting the answer. There's some benefit in downloading when otherwise Autohotkey has to be installed, but creating the script is extremely simple.
