Hi Everyone! Just a quick question: Are the existing moderators retaining their positions, or is this a complete re-election?

I'm particularly interested in the depth of SharePoint knowledge a moderator knows more than stats. I'm having trouble staying humble here, but I see very simple questions posted here when compared to my own. I'd vote a moderator who answered fewer tough questions (such as how do I create Site Collection Result Types programmatically) than several easy ones (such as how do I add a link to custom CSS in my master page).
