@HrishabhNayal Infact if they are on the same side then diagonals are perpendicular to each other and so the quadrilateral is a rhombus actually(right?).

or better still try a quadrilateral with vertices as (1,0); (-2,0); (0,3);(0,-4).
pretty sure all sides have different lengths.
so rhombus implies diagonal intersect at right angles but the converse is not true :D
Interesting right? I was today years old when I realized this lol
