Hello @MikeWaters, no worries. Where the question went puzzled me this morning, but I was able to figure it out after a little caffeine ;)

I think I found that MathJax tutorial by doing a web search for "MathJax cheat sheet" or something like that. It's the only thing I've ever used to learn MathJax. It would be nice if we could stash a link to it somewhere people could find it.
