I literally copy and pasted their own clarification, which they had stuck in a less than visible place.

Please let the OP edit their own question. I'm already engaging with Tess how to improve this question. Didn't realise it was a comment Tess had written, which made it look like you just took over the question. This is one reason why we really should be rushing to answer questions that are clearly problematic! I will edit / remove my comment to you.
