@TimMalone Try to have a look from your attic if you have one, or just feel the ceiling to see if it's cooler, damp, or spongy. If it's leaking, don't postpone the repair, water damage can only spread and get worse.

that cabinet style, in that wood color (hickory) with that quartz - pictures kinda wash everything out - looks good in person - black square glass vessel sink to go on top
tile is travertine
need to find / buy a good tile saw - dads wont cut it
