boy, did everyone run off in here or what?
18:15
@Aaron I'm back to being in here all the time now that baby is born...got a couple of projects done yesterday with my dad in town...
one by choice...one by necessity..
you are back to being in here now that baby is born?
I think I missed a step
@Aaron lol I was in here continuously...then wife had baby, was gone for a few days, now back....
ah
so you were away for the actual birtthing period plus a few days
@Aaron yep.
now I got it
congratulations
18:21
@Aaron thanks.
I was about to say usually after the baby is born that is when one has less free time, not more
@Aaron well that is true :). But I'm still at work all day ;)
naturally
Learned how to change the faucet on a tub yesterday :|
I still have to work on this niggling slow tub drain
18:27
@Aaron I've used draino with some success on slow tub drains...I know some folks are against that...
I have an auger, but there's a little cross thing in the opening to make sure that big things don't fall in there, and it's not big enough to permit the auger
@Aaron can you pull it out?
I would suppose I can, but it's not immediately apparent how to do so
@Aaron ah. not sure how those are usually attached or if they are actually part of the tub...
speaking of which, is there an actual "good" way to get a stuck faucet off the pipe into the tub? We ended up smacking it with a hammer and then trying a small c clamp through the water outlet and that ended up working...
but we didn't need the faucet. I wouldn't use that method of I actually needed it again later...
19:30
I don't know - our old condo was new construction so I never needed to look at that
dnd is up to 4th edition, huh
@Aaron I sheared the little tub->shower knob and had to replace the entire thing
@Aaron yep, with 5th slated for next year already
I think I stopped playing after 2nd
I started with 4th about a year and a half ago
20:19
@Aaron It's easier to snake a tub through the overflow/stopper lever hole (if there is one).
