I didn't know you are a moderator. I respected your opinion before that, and now I even really estimate your work here. With the time, I've understood that moderators in forums, like judges and arbiters in any system, are an absolute necessity, even whenever they are bad or rude (and I don't think you are). This being said, and perhaps to bring my contribution to the improvement of this forum (that I like very much), I want to react to some of your comments: you said "not flip-flop "well maybe I want this, or uh, no, maybe I want that". That's not only a bit mocking (OK I like that :-) ), but completely false. Indeed, I do have a particular application that was the trigger that made me realize that there "may" exist IC performing generically such tasks. I was curious to know if they really exist. Regarding the main problem, OK, I understand the reasons and the opinions of the moderators. The good way is probably very close to them, and perhaps a bit toward mines. I just want to ask you few questions as a matter of thoughts (that's not a discussion, feel free not to answer them): @Chriss Stratton.
1. If I know nothing about the switched capacitor technology, even not the name, what question am I supposed to ask here to be acquainted about that? or perhaps
