@Tyberius I noticed you bumped up a lot of questions to the top lately, that were already answered. Since we're at 20 unanswered questions larger than what we need to be for 90% answered, even after a massive campaign to close abandoned questions, I'd encourage you to put posts that can be retagged or improved into this queue:

Q: Pending edits on posts, to be made when the site is lower in traffic

Nike DattaniWe are burninating the hessian tag, and I finished half of this job by removing the tag from all of the unanswered questions. I'm hesitant to remove the tag from the other two which already have answers, since bumping those questions up to the top right now seems a bad idea when we've had an infl...

if the question has already been answered and has no reason to be "bumped up" (other than the fact that it needs to be edited, and editing automatically bumps it up).
Lately the number of answers on our site has declined considerably. Usually there's more answers than questions, but in the last few weeks we've average more questions than answers more than ever before, and some of our top answerers (Jack, Susi Lehtola, ProfM, etc.) haven't been active lately.
Therefore I do worry about us getting back to 201 unanswered questions, which means the unanswered queue becomes 5 pages long when viewing 50 questions/page, and then become more and more unmanagable.
In December, I will try to answer some of the unanswered questions that would require me to do significant research.

@user1271772 Understood. I'd love a way to be able to do "no-bump" edits to posts, but SE seems unwilling to add that feature for whatever reason. Keeping our answered percentage around 90 seems do able, but I don't know long term how achievable it will be too keep the number of unanswered questions below 201.
The big thing that would help us is if we had more "power users" who answered/edited many posts and participated on Meta. I did do a small amount of advertising on old Comp Sci questions about the site, but I still don't have a clear blueprint of how we will get more consistent users, rather than people who ask/answer 1 or 2 questions and disappear.
