Q: Is "a/an" an example of liaison in English?

OrcrisFrench there is a process called liaison, where final consonants are omitted unless the next word starts with a vowel. Would it be accurate to say that the English indefinite article (a/an) is an example of this as well, or are these two separate words that mean the same thing?

Q: Pronunciation of "vingt"

Ricky RobinsonI noticed that very often "vingt" is pronounced without the last "t", whereas when someone wants to be precise or make a point, they will pronounce that "t". Is that correct?

@Evpok can you take a look at my question about one screen up in the chat?
Gilles walked out on me
well, no, here-- I was asking if it was wrong to use "le"
l'utilisation de « le » est-il faux?
but i don't know if that sentence is right either :)

@Aerovistae Nope, not wrong, just not idiomatic. I can't think of a setting that would get me to say “je ne le savais pas”, though it is be grammatically correct.
It actually sounds very L2 speaker to me :)
@Aerovistae The correct version of this sentence is “L'utilisation de le est-elle fautive”. Which sounds a bit pedantic, but I am too tired to think of a non-pedantic equivalent.
