hmm, depends

It's either very rare (new or loads of combinations) morphs, or a pure locality (some boa constrictor subspecies) or just rare species

Some species are either hard to breed or not bred a lot for other reasons, which will make them harder to get by

and thus more expensive

morphs are colour mutations

like albinos

so if you have an albino mutation, and say a weird pattern mutation, you can breed those together and eventually get an albino weird pattern snake

odds of that happening decrease as you add more stuff

Hmm, so the morph is just the colour? And all we're saying is that if you want a purple snake, you get a blue one and a red on and hope it turns out purple?

so they become more expensive

generally, the focus is the colour

some mutations are suspected to also have some other defects

but colour and pattern genetics are very very complex, so you can't just assume that colours add up that way

Q: I wanted to know what all i should put in in the bottom of a bearded dragon tank
