Q: Phosphoethanolamine for dogs

VeraDoes anyone have experience giving Phosphoethanolamine for dogs? Ferreira et alli (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22213293) mention a concentration of 35 and 70 mg/kg in their study. This would translate into 2 capsules for a dog weighing 20 kg. Does anyone know of potential side effects or ...

@trondhansen yeah it sucks. When we moved here a year ago, the apartment was just renovated. During the renovation, the glassfiber modem was ripped from the wall. So for a while we just had a bunch of fibers sticking out of the wall
So we were forced to get a crappy cable connection

7:27 AM
@JAD ow

JAD
yep
after like a month a mechanic came to retrieve the modem used by the last tenant (from before the renovation). the look on his face when I handed it to him, instead of it being on the wall

Oh
that's not a modem
its even worse - its just a set of ports that need to be optically bonded

JAD
yeah, I used modem for lack of a better word
but that has been fixed, and a new connection should go online tomorrow

My setup is odd
we have fibire but the internal network is kinda iffy
wifi sucks cause of layout and interference, and too lazy to cable it up myself so I use homeplug

8:30 AM

Horse puppy!

JAD
hmm, just realised... isn't it fall-winter over there? Do foals get born year-round? Over here most animals get their young in spring

Nice coats!
@JourneymanGeek My favourite thing I've read today :P

8:38 AM
@YvetteColomb Is it chilly there?

@YvetteColomb Still a bit wobbly on their legs?

@JAD yes she was born in the middle of winter during a storm and almost died, as she lay in the rain and mud for hours and no one knew she was there
yes wobbly
I have yto go. I have to go back and help her feed. At least now she can feed off mum

\o/

go take care of the baby
.... that last picture is sweet ;p

It's like her face is too long for a her body :P So cute

JAD
8:43 AM
@Henders the puppy effect

Yep

A J
Afternoon Peters!

I think it is fascinating that you can't touch the top of your head when you're a child.

A J
@Henders Did you try it? ;)
:P

JAD
@Henders hehe, my father always told me I wasn't allowed to eat peanuts if I wasn't able to touch my left ear with my right hand over the top of my head

8:58 AM
@JAD Haha, why peanuts?!

JAD
well, not peanuts, the cocktail nuts mixes. that stuff
idk why

Haha, parents :P

@AJ Poor lid looks like he's handcuffed and facing a firing squad:)

@MartinJames Talking of which, have you had to mow the lawn again yet?

A J
9:13 AM
@MartinJames she. :P

JAD
9:24 AM
@Henders well tbh, I probably wouldn't have liked them back then

That's true

@AJ I looked several times, looked male to me. Luckily, if she gets shot and killed by the firing squad, she can't complain about my poor judgement:)
@Henders Anne mowed the lawn last. No skirmishes were reported:)

Good, sounds like they've taken a temporary retreat.

10:16 AM
Good day 🙂🙂

Hullo!

3 hours later…
1:08 PM
tumbleweed

@Henders There is a gate in their fortifications. The ground slopes a bit and there is a bit of a pothole at one side of the gate. That allows the feline military to enter and leave without climbing the fence. Imma gonna cement in the hole and then watch as they try to work out why they have suddenly got so fat that they cannot squirm under any more:)

Ah, it's a war on their personal perception too. I like it :P

1:24 PM
Albatross close-up!
2

@RichieACC Woah o.o
Fantastic shot!

Yeah, had to share it :)

1:45 PM
@RichieACC I looks right miserable, like it just scored a double-bogey.

@MartinJames Dunno, to me it kinda looks like it's smiling

1:59 PM
@RichieACC cute bird!
Should send that to National Geographic!

@RebeccaRVT haha, not my photo though. I did a Google Image search for albatross and found that one.

@MartinJames sadly they don't make waterguns like they used to...
Sounds almost like you need an 90s supersoaker ;p
long range cat dampening

@RichieACC ohhh haha thought it was yours

This is all you need. These things have some incredible fire power.
(filled with water, obviously :P )

2:18 PM
Yep, I had something very similar. It could register quite a pressure if you were strong enough to keep pumping it.

@Henders LOL
never thought of it!

I discovered this as a child. I wanted to know how high it would go so I turned it upside down. Well, it easily hit the ceiling o.o That was a bad day for me... :p

2:36 PM
@Henders hahaha

@JourneymanGeek Oh, I've been through that. They seem to have become immune from over exposure, especially in this hot weather. I can blow them off the ramparts with the hose, but that risks drenching the washing hanging on the other side:)

2:56 PM
@MartinJames ah, but the supersoaker is a precision water delivery system
it was very elegant
