What is the threshold when the bot sends a message to a room?
Among the rooms listed there, I see one which was silent for 11 days:
in SOBotics on Stack Overflow Chat, 5 hours ago, by sloshy
Matter Modeling: Phonopy software: latest activity 2021-06-13 18:10:00 (11 days, 8:00:25 hours ago)

13 hours later…
8:18 PM
@MartinSleziak last I checked the threshold was 12 days, so long enough where its likely to freeze, but not so long that it might miss the window to keep it open.

@MartinSleziak The user Hitanshu Sachania has been keeping that room open by posting a message approximately once every 2 weeks. When it says "11 days, 8:00:25 hours ago" it just means that's when the last message was posted (by a real user) in the room. It doesn't mean the bot has done anything, it's just waiting until it says "12 days", then it will post something in the room at 01:17 UTC.
@tripleee Why is it 01:17 UTC rather than, for example an even number like 01:00 UTC ?
