@CodyAldaz There's 5 tags here that all seem either similar to each other, or rarely used, or both, yet I can't blame the user for creating any new tags since all those tags already existed earlier, do you have any thoughts on this?

Q: What is a charged system (polarization)?

NTSI'm doing a polarization calculation for the first time. To specify one of the input parameters (the "reference point") correctly, I have to figure out if my system is "charged." If it is not charged, I don't have to worry about the reference point. Could anyone please help ensure I understand ...

@NikeDattani probably can remove charge polarization model. Dipole moments and dipole are redundant but might be consumed by some more general term anyway. For example, polarizability, dipole and charged molecules is all an umbrella term of electrostatics right?
