@CodyAldaz @Tyberius Both of you seem to be quite good at Python. It seems that the error message in this question says everything we need to know: basically the user seems not to have the required dependencies or something? It seems like low-hanging fruit to answer, and can save the question from being closed (I can't think of another SE site where the user would get an answer, if it does get closed ... SO is hit-or-miss for this type of thing, since it gets thousands of questions/day):

This question on QCSE appears solvable by anyone who knows enough about building Python packages with dependencies. Unfortunately I'm not very good at that (I wasn't even ever able to use Psi4, and I needed Cody Aldaz to help me build MRChem). I hope someone else can answer it though, since the question is at risk of getting closed otherwise:
Just click on the hyperlink at the top of that "quote", to get to the question.
Have either of you tried to install Qiskit? One of my students had to install it last year and the Compute Canada staff gave me these instructions which worked:
  $ module load StdEnv/2020
  $ module load python/3
  $ module load scipy-stack
  $ virtualenv qiskit-venv
  $ source qiskit-venv/bin/activate
  $ pip install --no-index --upgrade pip
  $ pip install qiskit
  $ pip install qiskit[visualization]
  $ python
  >>> import qiskit
It does't take up much space at all, if you would be willing to try it, to help that user. But I also understand if it's too much outside of your realm of interests!
