alright so, chat relay is set up from this room to discord and not vice versa (I have to be careful cuz the discord ratelimit is way lower than this chat room so like one or two people talking will easily overload the bot - I honestly might just not set up the relay to go the other way)

should support hyperlinks, bold, italics, ~~strikethrough~~, and images, although there is a minor glitch that i can't be bothered to fix because i don't even think it should be valid HTML

and the bot does see its own messages so commands will work correctly
