4:50 AM
ight' time to add some more regex stuff
and Ż look like good candidates for regex overloads

5:52 AM
hell yea
finally a competitive golfing lang with regex

regex has been a thing in vyxal for a while though

well i have never seen it being used
it'd be busted in many challenges

r	(a: number, b: number)	range(a, b)
        (otherwise)	regex.has_match(pattern=a, string=b) # regex match

regex replace
regex replace is important

hmm that might have to be a digraph

5:54 AM
regex replace with anonymous function operation on each match is also important

example?

err, ruby's gsub
"Hello".gsub("el"){|x|x.reverse} -> "Hlelo"

so at every regex match do function?
sounds simple enough

yes
@lyxal also the usual regex variables I guess

Regex variables?

5:57 AM
"\1\2" or something like that
whatever it is in python

So group references?

yes
previous regex match maybe, as a digraph

2 hours later…
7:51 AM
@Razetime done
@Razetime this might take a bit of thinking
