Q: Took his fright to SB - meaning

John VIn a story by A. Derleth, there is the following sentence: At that point, Clithanus became frightened and took his fright to Augustine. I fail to see the meaning - could it mean that he "spread" the fright to Augustine, made him frightened?

@Bookworm Suggested rewording: "Why does this Belgian graphic novel not have a printing number?"
 
Mm, good idea. The tag is still needed because of the language, but if the question is about country-specific things rather than language-specific ones, better to focus the title on Belgium.

Q: Name of the book I cannot remember about poor people boycotting rich

Ri DiIt is about how one day poor people stopped working, all shops closed and rich people were left on their own - their cars would break down, no food at home - all poor were planning this and prepared with lots of food. I think book had many dystopian stories in it - one was about remotely controll...
