I will say it's a dystopian near future story that was totally written politically.

Do we have anyone who's either read stories set in pre-conquistador South America, or knows of a good resource listing such? (@Ash maybe?) I feel like all this question needs is eyeballs from someone who's read the story. I did find one list, but the descriptions weren't very detailed.
