@YCor Sorry, I should have noticed that the tag was created by the OP - and you have only edited the question later. (And also thanks for looking at the Kahler question.)
We'll see what other users think about the new tag and whether some user decides to remove it - as I have mentioned, the previous incarnation of this tag had four question and it was removed from all of them.

Q: How can we treat the generator of a discrete-time Markov chain as the generator of a Markov-jump process?

0xbadf00dIn the popular paper Weak Convergence and Optimal Scaling of Random Walk Metropolis Algorithms by Roberts, Gelman and Gilks, the authors state (see below) that "in the Skorokhod topology, it does not cause any problems to treat $G_n$ as a continuous time generator (of a process with jumps at time...

Q: Bounded and sectorial operators

S. MathsIs there any assumption for a bounded operator to be sectorial ? Is there any characterization of such operators ? Here, the definition of sectorial operators follows the book of Markus Haase: Functional Calculus for Sectorial Operators. 1st edition (2006). I know that generators of uni...

Q: Differential forms on standard simplices via Whitney extension vs diffeological structure

David RobertsThe standard simplices $\Delta^n \subset \{\mathbf{x}\in\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\mid x_0 + \ldots + x_n =1 \} =: \mathbb{A}^n$ carry two natural sorts of smooth differential forms: Those differential forms on the interior of $\Delta^n$ that extend smoothly to a neighbourhood of $\Delta^n$ in $\mathbb{...
