I don't know if this is the appropriate venue for this inquiry, but anyways: in the comments of this question (mathoverflow.net/questions/373249/…) it was pointed out that Jim Humphrey's Wikipedia page (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_E._Humphreys) was recently edited to describe him as deceased. This would be very sad news; and of course Jim contributed a ton to MO. Does anyone know of his status? Googling doesn't turn up anything else...
