@nobody there are no formal rules. Some advice: do it with moderation (don't bump too many questions). Better fix questions when they've just been bumped for some other reason. Also, rather bump a good/interesting question than a low-quality one (based on votes and your own judgement). Avoid bumping for a too minor change if the mistake doesn't impede reading.
