Q: What are the consequences if we could express tangent via logarithm in an algebraic system?

AnixxWorking on an algebra of divergent integrals I came to the following relation: If $\tau=\int_0^\infty dx$ then $$\ln (\tau+a)=\int_0^\infty \psi'(x+1)dx + \psi(a+1/2)$$ and this directly gives the following relation: $$\frac1\pi\ln \left(\frac{\tau +\frac{z}{\pi }}{\tau -\frac{z}{\pi }}\right)...

The OP has already edited the question to remove the deprecated tag, but still, maybe somebody can suggest some further improvements - so I'll leave my comment there for a bit.
Just a short comment regarding the choice of tag. The tag (abstract-algebra) is deprecated on MO, see the tag-info. And it is recommended to use one of the top-level tags: See: Why are MO tags formatted as they are? and Frequently asked questions about tagging on MathOverflow. — Martin Sleziak 4 mins ago
@Martin Sleziak I changed the tagging but I am not sure it is optimal currently anyway. — Anixx 1 min ago
As a side note, the question is also posted here: What would be the consequences if we could express logarithm via tangent and vice versa? (Although it already has some close votes and a downvote.)
