It seems that the tag scottish-book is gone.
Reading all the discussion above and taking into account the arguments against introducing non-thematic tags I came to the decision of removing the tag "scottish-book" from the 3 posts. Thank you to all participating in the discussion and writing your opinion. — Lviv Scottish Book Oct 29 at 9:55

Perhaps one more question which remains is whether 20-questions and the user 20 questions are of similar nature and whether that tag should be removed.
Probably it is not much of an issue. (And the tag seems to be tied a bit to the people who were at the creation at MO - perhaps some of the site veterans can confirm whether this is the case.)
I'd guess the meta tags were discussed on MO before - but I did not find the previous discussions about them.

Were "meta-tags" previously discussed on MathOverflow meta or tea (the old meta)? If yes, can somebody find a link to those threads?
