Is it even possible to delete a question with an active bounty?

FAQ on bounties says: "Bounty questions cannot be closed directly. However, diamond moderators can refund bounties, which would then allow it to be closed, migrated, or deleted like any other question."

So the question with bounties cannot be deleted by other users without moderator intervention.

And I guess that the OP cannot delete a featured question either.
