I'm good thanks, how are you?

I am not well extreme fever

:-(

I mean sir i took e a pill then too it is above the normal temp

It feel like my bones are broken

How long have you had the fever?

Till yesterday I have a sore throat, so i took some paracetamol and when I woke up in the morning I had high fever

Then I again took same pill at 7 o clock after 5 to 6 hours I got the same high fever

OK, so with a bit of luck it is just a cold and you will be better tomorrow?

Sir i just took the same paracetamol so i feel better now

But i am scared fever will return

In night

With a bit of luck by the end of the day your body will have started dealing with the infection and it won't be too bad.

Hope so sir fever made my head so heavy ,that i could not even read my eyes were paining and they turn to 🔴
