Actually I have magnetic field and electric field across a rope in different directions which field is more stronger and why?

I don't understand the question. Unless you say where the fields come from how can we say which is larger?

It is genreal question which field is stronger magnetic filed or electric field?

Electric and magnetic fields can have any strength so either could be greater.
