Earlier, I used to store screenshots in word, but this seemed to be a better idea.

And efficient too.

I thought the discussion was a bit personal since it was about your eyesight so I removed it.

Yes. The trash room is a kind of junk pile where room owners can move messages that they want removed from the room. You can do this for any rooms that you own.
