i can probably dismiss it before anyone sees but just don't kick-mute the same person three times, or something like that

Yeah, if you kick-mute someone 3 times, all mods network wide get a notification. Also, get permission to kick-mute someone before doing it

if someone sends private info / abusive content i can batch delete and then move it
