I'll also do a shameless plug of my answer which presents data that seems to suggest that the HNQ is kind of bad at picking truly hot questions here (for any that might be ineterested): How is the community doing? [2019].

Use your personal judgement. Some of this data may be used by SE staff for tuning the HNQ algorithm in better capturing our worthwhile questions.
