the latest update of pgf changed the definition of \ProvidesPackageRCS and this breaks the loading of pstricks. I already wrote to the author of pstricks about it. Currently the only way around this error is to revert to the previous pgf version with the tlmgr backup system.

If you have done it, please give me its code ... :-))
