Discussion on answer by SomeShinyObject: Bedtime for 12-13 year old girl

@anongoodnurse Manuel had commentary saying what should be added to the answer. I responded with a rebuttal to the idea that it should be added because it's 1) not properly defined and 2) xenophobic and possibly harmful. If comments are for ensuring the right material gets in the answer for future visitors, then what are they for?
