For example, a statement like "If that plane had thrust vectoring, It means it could fly decently" should be explained, and the best would be to provide a link to an existing post on this site, which support already this idea, or to a good article off-site. Else we can just think it's your opinion. But as we don't know your background, we also can't evaluate how much this opinion can be trusted.

Good answers are answering exactly the question, and, if possible, provide references to supporting documents. We don't ask for engineering books all the time, but good quality articles, exact regulations, manufacturer documents, etc...

"I May be wrong so dont accept this answer instantaneously" is not the better way to introduce your post. We expect correct answers all the time, so if you are not sure, then just post a comment explaining what you think. When you're sure, then post an answer.
