I downvoted, not only because it's off-topic (as noted above) but it's not really a good question. it doesn't accurately represent our whole company. Yes, it does. He's the CEO. By definition it represents your whole company and the CEO sets the tone for that. You may not like how it represents the company and it may not accurately represent the employees, but the CEO is the face of the company. You're in a company, not a co-op. You're employees, not members of a club.
