Functional Analysis Study Group

This is a room to discuss the lecture notes of Prof. Einsiedler on functional analysis (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2098511/FAnotes.pdf), but can also be used to discuss functional analysis in general.

@JulianRachman: dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2098511/FAnotes.pdf I'm using my professor's draft of his textbook. I'm currently revising some measure theory in the appendix and going through chapters 2-4. I want to focus on chapters 10-11 eventually, so after 4 I'll check what else I need to start with 10. You can diverge of course.

Searching for url:www.math.ethz.ch/~einsiedl/ also returns some questions originating from the same text.

@Eyeso.o: That's usually called sequentially continuous. I think that continuous implies sequentially continuous, but the converse isn't always true.

Hi there! I am interesting about homological methods in functional analysis, maybe someone else interesting too?
