What we need is high quality content (answers and questions), friendly environment, and high answer ratio.

For those who don't know, we went from proposal to completing commitment in 27 days. We shattered the record by 9 days.

On a side note, I love the Mathematica community. People here are so much nicer in general than on SO. I remember having a few bad experiences with high rep users who dismissed because they thought I was asking for something because I was a "bad programmer."

(I like to think of it as "sculpting with equations".)

About LaTeX: it seems that a good way to copy MathJax math from these posts to Mathematica is copying them as MathML (not LaTeX).

@Sjoerd using LaTeX doesn't interrupt the flow of one's typing, (at least for those using it the whole time)
