This was the mistake of the Pharasees and Christ regularly defied it by choosing his followers from the fishermen, the tax collectors and the prostitutes of his day. Hardly moral folk.
@MarcGravell I mean the Bible says a lot of things about morals and values, and by and large we interpret those the same way and they form the core of "Christian Values", but ultimately I see it as a political term...
