The #1 thing that I felt I did as a moderator was to re-open that question, which was closed as a general reference.

@vzn - As I said, I was hoping to influence people to vote for my by, y'know talking to them. Alas, this board never seemed to get off the ground.

The problem with general reference is it's very hard to draw the line.

Almost all disagreements between mods end up on Meta. There have definitely been things we didn't agree about, but being a mod isn't so much about doing what you want to be done, as it is about doing what the community has requested.
