Sorry, but since I don't know the context, I cannot understand or help here. All I can tell you is that in almost 10 years as a moderator on various sites, I have never, ever seen a user suspended for criticizing SE. I've seen people suspended for posting valid criticism in a rude way, but not for criticizing per se.
