The API endpoint to update xmldoc metadata is now functional; tags get updated, xml assets get downloaded, inspections/quickfixes/annotations get parsed into FeatureItem objects under their respective Feature (or sub-feature, depending), and the database gets updated accordingly - now tracking "discontinued" items that exist in main but not in next
