Personal Finance 2014 Election

@johnfx I am the only pre launch mod nominating myself. The others are taking a break (and are mods on other sites)

@JohnFx - because we had no competition. Had it been a real election, these guys (above) would have mostly been in. You'd have still had my vote, but we'd have had a more interesting election. No idea how active other SE site election are. But there's a 'run-off' provision. And we didn't even get that far.

I'm glad to see there are five candidates so far! Great stuff.
