No you've added a paragraph arguing the toss over the close reason. Otherwise it's identical, the answer you provided is a direct copy and paste of your answer on the other question - so if the answer is identical then in SE terms it is a duplicate

If this question were editing into good shape I'd have no qualms about re-opening
