Indeed. And we in some ways do less as an elected moderator - it truly takes a team and people on many levels to make the special sauce of a healthy online community. The one part I’m so hopeful of is the collaboration on knowing the practice is less about “me”, “you”. Good moderation is an “us” activity.
Yes. We need a new mod. It’s important to have new people cycle in before we need them. When the moderation goes well, you should never notice what we do
