@terdon Then we got a lot of other safety measures on the table now. Covid is not the biggest safety and health issue of our time. If you think it's okay for the government to wholesale and without majority vote stymie the freedoms they already have for covid, then you have to concede they can take even more freedoms for all kinds of other things as "safety measures". Are you willing to go that far?

Plus, young people are not unaffected. Yes, they die in far lower numbers, but death is only part of it. Long covid is becoming more and more of an issue and can be debilitating in some cases. Often in younger people.

@LаngLаngС Ah, that one I am very much not in agreement with. We don't vaccinate people to protect them alone, we vaccinate so we can reduce the spread of the virus. As long as the virus is circulating, it will be adapting and will develop resistant strains. So not getting any one person vaccinated is bad for us all.
