How do you like the kobolds?

Courage in numbers!
Instinctive trappers
Stealthy +2 (+6) [Create advantage, overcome, defend]
Teeth & Claws +1 (+5) [create advantage, overcome, attack]
Traps +3 (+7) [create advantage, attack]
- Any zone to which a kobold has had unsupervised access for at least one day gains the aspect ‘Hidden traps’ with one free invoke (multiple kobolds does not make this stack).
- Can use Teamwork bonus on Stealth checks even when being numerous wouldn’t normally be an advantage.
These ones?

Courage in numbers!
Instinctive trappers
Stealthy +2 (+6) [create advantage, overcome]
Teeth & Claws +1 (+5) [create advantage, overcome, attack]
Traps +3 (+7) [create advantage, attack, defend; must have ‘Traps’-related aspect on zone to use]

i am amused that the Traps aspect is all they can use to defend with; I really like that flavour
and if they don't have Traps; they defend at +0!
Aye. A kobold forced into combat without his traps is toast.
Also note that a kobold by himself isn't too impressive even with his traps.
The fool who walks into a kobold lair gets destroyed, but anywhere outside their comfort zone the kobold's best option is to hide and run.
That's true!
And I know from that encounter with the boars how terrifying a number of them can be.
I also love that the aspect is Courage in numbers! not Power in numbers!

And notice that they want to keep luring you deeper into their lair: each zone you enter has a free invoke they can use against you.
@doppelgreener Oh so compellable when their numbers dwindle!
@BESW I'm imagining the Berserker creating an advantage around a number of remaining kobolds disappearing out of fear; and then you get that scene where the Commander Kobold is talking it up confidently and making threats until he turns around and notices there's nobody standing behind him.
(and then he runs, too.)
Exactly.
If kobolds had a fourth stunt, it'd be that they always get a Fate point for conceding, in addition to any Fate point for conceding with consequences.
A fourth? They only have one up there
Oh, click through. There's more that the quotebox cut off.
!!!
argh, they cut off at the (see full text) mark!
> Spend 1 Fate point to take an action with Traps when not present (even when dead).
... if this turned into just needing to be able to use a (free) invoke, it'd make the Kobold's lair actively dangerous even if it's abandoned.

I'd rule that.
though at that point you could just turn all the remaining traps into characters, or the dungeon into one
Depending on the effect, yeah.
but, heck, on-the-spot? The adventurers finish off the kobold leader (the kobold precept?), celebrate, walk into the treasure chambers to claim their bounty, open a chest and BLAMMO
That's my vision, yes.
So, modification:
Presently I am heading out to get sushi, but it is becoming clear I need to set aside an hour this week and just make creatures and characters

@doppelgreener ttfn
I am here! I am on my phone waking there
Oh.
Yeah, making creatures could be fun and revealing.
Also consider non-creature challenges which dungeon delvers face.
on a related topic about creating opponents: I'm struggling to pick an appropriate passive opposition difficulty on "create advantage" and "overcome" rolls (active opposition is easier because it's just opposed skill rolls)
Flooding rooms, toxic mould, locked doors, puzzles...
Traps, acid pits, tough terrain, terrible weather and extreme conditions, poor access to food and water, becoming imprisoned, mazes....
